We pride our company on quality and care. Focusing in on all landscaping wants and desires. Our mission started in 1982 with my father Dale Eslick. Coming from Seattle where he was a manager for a million dollar landscape company. Seeing the aspirations and passion in the work. He decided to move to California and start up his own business. He moved to Grass Valley, and started out as just a mow and blow service company. With nothing to his name but, a truck, a bucket and some small tools.
From there he moved to Nevada City and started getting more in depth with irrigation. Irrigation for him at this time was a science experiment. Since irrigation in Seattle was never really a craft or skill he had learned. He was determined to learn everything about it. Fast forward some years and he had moved his business to Penn Valley, and this is where the company has been based for 32 years. 10 years ago Dale had open heart surgery and at this time he decided it was best for him to retire.
When he retired his son Robert Eslick took over the business and now has expanded the business into what it is known for today. Which is the quality and care that only is surmounted by the honesty and passion he has been shown and taught by his father.

At 36 years old, Robert has successfully expanded the company’s offerings from irrigation, water features, drainage, retaining walls, and plantings to include pergolas, decks, slate patios, rock walls, astroturfing, fire pits, hardscaping, walking trails, and small bridges, as well as dry-scapes and dry-creek beds. This year, he aims to broaden his reach even further by introducing new services such as outdoor bathhouses and showers, sheds, greenhouses, outdoor kitchens, saunas, bocce ball courts, putting greens, horseshoe pits, gazebos, catios, screen rooms, outdoor kitchens, and brick ovens.
